Payment

To secure a booking a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the rental commencement date.

A refundable bond of Ł100 is also required in the form of a separate cheque to cover any damages/breakages during the rental period. Upon a satisfactory inspection this bond will be returned no later than 2 weeks after the rental period ends.

In the event that you should cancel your rental agreement after official confirmation please note that the following cancellation charges operate:

Less than 6 weeks before confirmed rental dates – deposit plus 40%

Less than 2 weeks before confirmed rental dates – deposit plus 80%

Arrival and departure times

Unless agreed otherwise the rental property cannot be occupied until 2pm on the date of arrival. Unless agreed otherwise the rental property must be vacated by 12 Midday on the date of departure.

Personal conduct

Verdemar II forms part of a local community with permanent residents. We, therefore, expect all our guests to act in a considerate and respectful manner during their stay.

Insurance provision

It is the responsibility of each member of the rental party to ensure that they have suitable travel and health insurance for the duration of their holiday.

Finally, please note that any property you rent using this site, which is confirmed in accordance with these terms will constitute a legal agreement between you and our client(s). In all cases, your contract will be with the holiday property owner(s).
