Tennis Coaching Holiday Itinerary

Monday 21st November:

Social Matchplay: Meet and greet the coaching team, fellow guests and some of our regular local players over a set or two of friendly doubles.

The Forehand: Intensive training on all aspects of the forehand stroke will be covered from technique, footwork, tactics, spin and much more.

Tuesday 22nd November:

The Backhand: Gareth will cover the advantages and disadvantages of a double handed and a single handed backhand and again focus on technique, spin, footwork, tactics and much more.

Volley & Return of Serve: Covering all areas of technique, positioning and basic tactics.

Wednesday 23rd November:

COME AND TRY PADEL TENNIS. A brilliant game that is incredibly popular in Spain. It's also proving very popular among the tennis playing community over here as well as with all our tennis holiday guests. Its easy to learn, great for fitness, and lots and lots of fun.

Net Play & Serving: Covering all aspects of net play from, positioning, strategy, angels and smashing. This session will also focus on serving, the reason why we use spin on the serve and the tactics behind when to use certain serves.

Thursday 24th November:

Singles Drills & Tactics: Covering a variety of singles tactics and ways to improve your all round matchplay.

Doubles Drills and Tactics: Covering a variety of doubles tactics from net play to return of serve, how to counter attack a strong net partnership, interception and general court awareness.

Friday 25th November:

End of week doubles tournament followed by a well deserved lunch and drink or two.
